ABOUT TOKE
A global perspective.

Toke Bull is a certified cognitive coach and leadership advisor working at the intersection of human behaviour, leadership, and organisational change — based in Copenhagen and internationally. I am currently working towards my ICF certification.
Before coaching, I worked in brand management and brand strategy at 72andSunny — with Coca-Cola, Google, Uber, and Johnnie Walker — exploring how narrative and culture shape human behaviour at scale. As internal cognitive coach at Novo Nordisk, I saw firsthand how deeply the human layer determines whether transformation succeeds.
Having lived in Mexico, the UK, the Netherlands, and Denmark, and travelled to 47 countries, I bring a breadth of perspective that informs how I work with leaders across cultures and geographies.
